Growing together in Christ
“Where hearts gather in Faith, God’s grace overflows”

“A joyful walk with the gaze of God”
On the 2nd May 2026, we the junior Sisters began our retreat at Carmelaram.
It was a grace-filled time of silence, prayer, reflection, and renewal. Through the retreat, we deepened our relationship with God and renewed our commitment to our religious vocation.
After the retreat, we came to Sion Malai spiritual Centre for the spiritual formation course titled: “RELIGIOUS ENCOUNTER”. The aim of this course was “To live like Jesus, to serve like Jesus and to lead like Jesus”. These sessions helped us grow spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, and communally as religious sisters.
We were enriched through various experiences and classes such as Abba Experience, Jesus Experience, Spirit Experience, Eco Experience and Psycho-Spiritual, Sexual Integration classes. Each session helped us to understand ourselves better and to become more faithful and mature in our consecrated life.
One of the memorable parts of the course was the Eco Experience at Ohenakkal Falls, where we experienced the beauty of God's creation through nature. It reminded us that creation is a precious gift from God and that we are called to protect and care for it responsibly. The psycho-spiritual and sexual integration classes guided us towards emotional maturity, self-awareness, healthy relationships, and inner freedom. These sessions encouraged us to live our religious life with balance, commitment, and authenticity.
On the 21st May we came to Hosur community, where we had classes on the Constitution and evaluation on Juniorate course. We are grateful to Sr. Femila and community, who had arranged everything in a minute care and love providing for us delicious meals and giving us a comfortable stay where we cherished each moment.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to Sr. Reetha Paul, our Superior General, and Sr. Angela, our Provincial, for giving us this precious opportunity for spiritual renewal, formation, and personal growth. We sincerely thank Sr. Regina Mary, our mistress, her presence, concern and motivating words inspired us to live our religious life with greater commitment.
We returned to our respective communities on the 24th May with the renewed spirit, deeper faith, joyful memories, and a stronger desire to follow Christ more faithfully in our mission and community life. May God continue to guide us in our vocation so that our lives may become true witnesses of His love and presence in the world.
